hi! i go by jaynuu/jam, i'm a hobbyist and fan artist, and have been obsessed with hetalia & chiikawa for the past few years.
i mostly draw FrUK, but dabble in a lot of fandoms like interview with the vampire, arcane, spider-verse, deltarune, or whatever show, movie, or videogame i’m watching at the moment. besides drawing, i love practicing my amateur photography skills. i’ve also been engrossed in building miniatures lately c:

How long have you been drawing digitally?
I began in 2020 with Medibang, using my finger and rubber stylus on the back of pens, then switched to Procreate on iPad in 2023. Been using Procreate since and I think I’ve done well by it so far

How did you learn to draw?
➔ Self-taught since I could pick up a pencil—drawing has been my main hobby since I was a child. I only recently switched from traditional to digital art but I continually enjoy sketching with pen and paper.
➔ My style(s) are inspired by a mix of creative genres—an amalgamation from observing other digital artists, popular drawn media like cartoons and comics, and a variety of illustrators and painters whose work I’ve come across. I have gone to a couple of live gesture drawing sessions at local studios, which I recommend as a fun learning experience for studying anatomy !
